Sponsored Flower Pot & Sailboat Street Art
June 2 - June 30
Open Door Pride is proud to once again participate in Destination Sturgeon Bay’s citywide public art projects, celebrating creativity, color, and community all summer long.
Visit Martin Park at Oregon Street to see our two featured pieces:
Our annual sponsored Flower Pot, bursting with vibrant plants donated by Bonnie Brooke Gardens on 14th Avenue in Sturgeon Bay and lovingly planted and cared for by Andria Nikoupolis-Weliky. Thank you, Andria, for your ongoing support and green-thumbed dedication to this special Pride tradition!
Our sponsored Sailboat sculpture, part of this year’s Sailboat Art Project, was created by local artist Trenton Yadro, who also designed last year’s much-loved “Pride Bass.” We’re honored to support his work again and showcase LGBTQIA+ representation through local art.
These installations are more than just beautiful additions to downtown—they’re joyful, visible reminders of Pride and belonging in Sturgeon Bay. Don’t forget to stop by Martin Park to see them in person!
