Beyond our annual events, we strive to create a safe and welcoming environment for LGBTQIA+ Door County residents and visitors in order to develop a greater sense of belonging for all.

When we work together to promote belonging and welcoming, we can achieve our goals faster. Open Door Pride coordinates and facilitates advocacy and allyship efforts all year to affirm these goals.

We are a 100% volunteer organization representing the LGBTQIA+ and ally communities in Door County.

As we grow, we are seeking applicants with non-profit board experience, including outreach and community advocacy. Allies are always welcome! Join our group with others who experience the joy and pride of making our County happier and healthier.
