PFLAG is the nation’s largest organization dedicated to supporting, educating, and advocating for LGBTQIA+ people and those who love them. PFLAG Door County has been supporting LGBTQIA+ people, and their families since 1997, and was started by Sandy Brown. Open Door Pride has named an award after her: given out each year to celebrate those in Door County who have given the LGBTQIA+ community wings.
